Reservations

All reservations are on-request basis and subject to space availability.

Reservation Guarantee/Deposit Policy

A reservation guarantee or a one night deposit is required to secure the reservation as the following condition :

- Normal Season : 7 (seven) days prior to arrival
- High Season : 21 (twenty one) days prior to arrival
- Peak Season : 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival

Balance payment should be settled 7 (seven) days prior to arrival or refer the term of the credit facility.

Any cancellation received within the following condition is subject to a one night cancellation fee:

- Normal Season : 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival
- High Season : 21 (twenty one) days prior to arrival
- Peak Season : 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival

No Show reservation is subject to a 100% of the total night reserved. The above cancellation notice periods are guidelines, which may be superseded by the Hotel and will be advised accordingly at time of confirmation.

Child Policy

- Children below 12 years old are free of charge when sharing room with adults using existing bed.
- Baby Cot for Infant can be arranged free of Charge.
- A 50% off for extra bed and all meals from adult menu (not valid for Children menu which is priced accordingly).
- All meals are complimentary for Children under 4 years old when dining with parents.

Rooming Policy

- Each room can accommodate maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old.
- For guest comfort reason, a maximum of 1 Extra bed can be provided in each room.

Check In / Check Out

- Check in time is at 14.00 hours and check out time is at 12.00 hours.
- Early occupancy of rooms before the indicated time is on request basis.
- Late vacancy until 6PM is charged 50% of room rate and beyond 6PM is charged a one night room rate.
